Products come with OEM/manufacturer warranties where applicable. Customers must claim warranty support directly from manufacturers unless otherwise specified.

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use.
Sensitive payment data is stored securely in encrypted form, but Acmetech.in cannot guarantee complete security against breaches.

11. Fraudulent Activities

We will never ask for card details, OTPs, banking credentials, or request installation of third-party apps for support.
Any such communication should be reported immediately to support@acmetech.in.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acmetech.in, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms.

13. Warranty Policy

All products are Carry-In Warranty only. Customers bear both side shipping costs for RMA.
On-site warranty applies only if covered by the brand’s service network. Otherwise, it defaults to carry-in service.
“Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” means warranty is handled by the brand/distributor directly.
Damaged, tampered, burnt, cracked, or altered products will not be accepted for warranty.
Graphics cards used for mining or crypto-related purposes are not covered under warranty.
Duration of claims depends solely on manufacturer timelines.
Shipping for RMA returns is not insured; we are not liable for transit damage.
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. Misuse, mishandling, electrical faults, or improper use voids coverage.
Warranty/Service support is a goodwill service, not a lifetime guarantee. We reserve the right to withdraw this service at any time.
No returns for compatibility issues with hardware/software.
Complimentary software bundled with hardware is not covered under warranty.
Technical support is chargeable.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
We may terminate access without notice if Terms are violated.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with policies posted on this site, constitute the complete agreement between you and Acmetech.in.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page.
Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance.
