At Acme Technologies, we strive to deliver your products safely, promptly, and with full transparency. We partner with trusted logistics providers including Bluedart, Shiprocket, and Trackon Courier to ensure reliable delivery across India.
📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed during standard business hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. -
Orders placed during special promotional events (e.g., Diwali, Pongal, Valentine’s Day) are non-cancellable due to limited-time availability and high demand.

Pre-order items and custom configurations may have extended processing times. Customers will be notified of expected dispatch dates at the time of purchase.

Delivery times vary based on product type, destination, and courier service availability.
Estimated delivery windows are typically:- Metro cities: 1–3 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Customers have 1 to 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issues such as damage, missing items, or incorrect products.
For standard items, issues must be reported within 1 day of delivery to be eligible for return or replacement.
📦 Packaging & Handling
- All products are securely packed using tamper-proof packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Fragile items and high-value electronics are double-boxed and cushioned to ensure safe delivery.
- If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
📲 Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
- You can monitor your shipment status directly through the courier’s website or contact our support team for assistance.
