🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Acmetech.in

AAcme Technologies, we aim to support our customers as much as possible. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.


✅ Items Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Item is physically damaged or defective
  • Product differs from the description shown on the website
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Wrong color, style, size, or quantity
  • Missing parts or accessories

These conditions apply to all product categories, unless otherwise specified.


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

The following issues do not qualify for return or refund:

  • Products covered under direct company/manufacturer warranty
  • Compatibility issues with other hardware or software
  • Product not working with specific combinations or setups
  • Installation errors or user-related damage
  • Burnt, cracked, or physically damaged items during installation

🛑 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped by our vendors.
  • Same Day Delivery orders are non-cancellable.
  • Products ordered during special promotions (e.g., Diwali, Pongal, Valentine’s Day) are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Pre-order items cannot be cancelled. However, refund or replacement may be considered if the product quality is proven to be unsatisfactory.

If the product received is not as expected or differs from what was shown online, please notify our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and respond with an appropriate resolution.

For products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the brand directly for support.


🔄 Return & Refund Conditions

We accept return/refund requests only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, dead on arrival, or incorrectly delivered
  • The request is made within:
    • 3 days of delivery for standard items
    • 7 days for complete PC sets

Note: Gaming chairs are eligible for replacement only—refunds are not applicable.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product seal is broken and the item is not faulty
  • The item has been used or is not in its original condition

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase

📦 Return & Refund Process

  2. We will arrange reverse pickup through our courier partner.

  3. Upon receiving the product, we will verify its condition and match it against the original shipment.

  4. If approved, the refund will be processed via:

    • Bank transfer (customer must provide valid bank details)
    • Payment gateway (if paid online, refund will be credited to the original account)

Refunds for COD and bank transfer orders will be issued only to the buyer’s bank account.

Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
